Picnic

Last Sunday Stephen and I decided to take Daniel on a little picnic. The kid loves being outside so he was pretty content. He's starting to sit up now too so we got a few pictures before he toppled over :)

It looks like we have a tiny drunkard on our hands! The only thing that could make this picture more perfect is if Daniel burped to go along with it! Also, if you're ever feeling sick and want something like Sprite but don't want the sugar, go for Perrier Water! This one was lemon lime. I love it because you still get the carbonation to make your tummy feel better but it's just water!

Memory Lane

I've been reminiscing today about Daniel's first few weeks of life and I miss them! Can't he just stay his two week old self forever, like in these pictures...

But then again, Daniel's one of those lucky few who age really well...so it's not so bad ;)

Daniel and Story Time

It's pretty cute because Daniel loves books, especially ones that rhyme. His favorite book by far is "I Can Fly." It's a pretty simple book with simple rhymes, and Emily and I have memorized it so any time Daniel gets fussy, all we have to do is start reciting it and he calms right down. Needless to say, story time has become part of his bedtime routine. And he loves to hold the book while we read and try to turn the pages.
